Job summary

The QHotels Collection in Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House near Winchester is seeking a Trainee/Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will learn food preparation and basic cooking under the guidance of a Chef De Partie, while exploring all sections of the kitchen and developing new skills on and off the job.

What will I do?

You will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie. Quickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.
