Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Commis Chef at The Seaburn Inn in Sunderland. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and uphold food safety, labeling, and recipe standards.

You’ll assist in food preparation, operate standard kitchen equipment safely, and collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house, and management teams to maintain a fast-paced, cohesive service. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted in the recruitment materials.
