Job summary

The White Swan in Stratford-upon-Avon is looking for a Commis Chef to join our busy pub and hotel kitchen and help deliver guest-focused dishes.

You will help prepare fresh, seasonal dishes, work as part of a positive team and perform well in a fast-paced environment with ongoing training.

• Assist in preparing fresh seasonal dishes.
• Support senior chefs with mise en place and cooking tasks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation in the kitchen.
