Job summary

The Windmill Inn, part of Fuller’s, is recruiting a Commis Chef at The Windmill Inn. You will join a friendly team working with seasonal ingredients in a high-volume setting, contributing to a vibrant dining atmosphere and excellent guest experiences.

You’ll be supported by induction and training, with opportunities for career progression and access to Fuller's benefits platform, Wagestream, and flexible pay options.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude in a fast-paced pub kitchen.
• Basic cooking skills and passion for fresh ingredients.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a busy culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients.
• Assist senior chefs during service and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Support stock control and ingredient prep for daily menus.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
