Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. If you have a passion for food, you’ll fit right in—from learning new prepping skills to owning a section of the kitchen and growing your career with us.

You’ll be involved in supporting the kitchen, delivering hot food to spec, and you’ll have opportunities through our internal pathways to progress toward Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and follow kitchen areas and procedures to maintain standards.
