Splendid Hospitality Group at The Grand - York is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes.

In this full-time role you will ensure a continuous supply of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, uphold cleaning schedules and assist with stock rooms and hygiene reporting, helping the team deliver top service to our guests.

Join a busy, welcoming team in a hotel environment with competitive pay of £12.85 per hour and training to help you grow within our York hotels.

• Ensuring continuous supply of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans for all Food and Beverage outlets.
• Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed, and any Food Safety or Health & Safety issues are reported appropriately.
• Being responsible for maintaining the required stock levels of cleaning materials as well as the cleanliness of any stock rooms.

From keeping crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans in constant supply to maintaining cleaning schedules and reporting any hygiene or safety concerns, your work makes every service possible.
