The Role

As a Commis Chef, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations. From crafting delicious dishes to upholding impeccable cleanliness standards, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
  • Learn and execute basic cooking techniques and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Exec Head Chef to develop new breakfast items and suggest improvements to existing offerings.
  • Work closely with the senior kitchen team members to ensure a well-organised and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow during busy periods.
