Job summary

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa in Thame, near Oxford, is offering a Chef De Partie training role within its 4* hotel. You’ll start with food preparation and basic cooking under a Chef De Partie, supporting all kitchen sections and learning on the job.

What will I do?

You will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie. Quickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.
