Job summary

Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa is seeking a motivated individual to begin a culinary career in a busy kitchen. You will perform food preparation and basic cooking under supervision, while learning across different kitchen sections and developing practical skills on the job.

Ideal candidates are passionate about food, can work under pressure, and collaborate well with colleagues to deliver quality plates for guests. On-site role with access to hotel facilities and staff benefits.

What will I do?

You will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie. Quickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.

Our hotel is a 4*, 122-bedroom property and has the Hardy’s restaurant, Hunters bar & lounge and a garden terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
