Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa is offering a Chef de Partie/Commis role in Cambourne, near Cambridge, within The QHotels Collection's 4-star property. You will prepare, cook and present high quality dishes for our guests, working with service teams to ensure a great dining experience.

The role supports learning and development with training funding and career progression, and we provide free parking, staff benefits and access to a health club membership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis or Chef de Partie in a busy, high-volume operation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and food safety standards.

What will I do?

Responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes. You will work closely with the service teams ensuring our guests have a great dining experience, whilst keeping up to date with all central menu changes and overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and food safety standards.
