Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll prep, create and bring the pub menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

We’ll support your career path with DNA and opportunities to progress toward Sous Chef as you grow in a lively, people-first pub environment. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
• Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness.
• Support the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared to spec and on time.
