Job summary

Marston’s in Market Harborough is seeking a Commis Chef to help prep, create and bring the pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prep skills, contribute to the everyday running of the kitchen and take pride in delivering meals to spec.

This role offers a supportive team, a pathway through our DNA career framework toward Sous Chef, and benefits that include staff discounts and health supports. Join a friendly, busy kitchen where personality and passion are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role or as an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

As Commis Chef: There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.
