Our new restaurant, launched in June 2023, is the heart of the hotel’s eating and drinking experience.

It is vibrant and fast-paced from morning to late, offering friendly and informal service in a landmark location.

Located on the ground floor, we provide a casual all-day dining destination with outdoor seating overlooking Hyde Park.

Our offerings include a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations, an all-day à la carte menu, and a signature afternoon tea. Our modern British approach, blended with traditional and international flavors, creates a simple menu ideal for everyday treats, casual lunches, business meetings, or celebratory dinners.

Salary: £13.39 per hour plus service charge.

What will I be doing as a Commis Chef?

• Ensure consistent high-quality food production in line with Hilton standards
• Perform tasks efficiently and within deadlines
• Support the kitchen team
• Maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination in work areas
• Assist other departments as needed and foster good working relationships
• Report maintenance, hygiene, and safety issues

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Commis or Apprentice Chef
• Ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
• A passion for learning and a drive to succeed in culinary/hospitality careers
• Proof of completion of a basic food hygiene course
