Job Description

We’re seeking a Commis Chef to join our team at Leydi restaurant, creating culinary delights daily.

What you’ll do…
  • Prepare delicious dishes by managing a section in our busy kitchen.
  • Nurture and develop the kitchen team, creating an environment that encourages authenticity and growth.
  • Ensure smooth operations, timely orders and deliveries, high food hygiene standards, and overall kitchen efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our Chef de Cuisine on ideas and techniques to keep the kitchen creative and dynamic.
  • Drive standards, find efficient solutions, and maintain the quality and integrity of the menu.
