At Theo Randall Cucina Italiana, located at the InterContinental London Park Lane,we are currently looking for a Commis Chefto join our team with an immediate start. Located in the heart of Mayfair, our restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience led by acclaimed chef Theo Randall.

Situated at one of the capital’s most prestigious addresses- where Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II once used to reside, InterContinental London Park Lane reinvents traditional luxury to present modern and flexible sophistication in the heart of Mayfair. Inspired by its location overlooking the Royal Parks, the hotel delivers elegant natural interiors and award-wining seasonal cuisine.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Commis Chefto join Theo’s team, in delivering some of London’s best and most celebrated, Italian cuisine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their culinary career to gain hands-on experience in a professional, fast-paced kitchen. Working alongside renowned Chef Theo Randall and a talented brigade, you’ll support in the preparation of high-quality dishes while learning both classic and modern culinary techniques. Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, passion for food, and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
