Greene King is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and contribute to high standards of food preparation. You’ll follow established recipes, support the kitchen with various tasks, and participate in ongoing training to build culinary skills.

In a fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment, you will maintain hygiene standards, assist with stock management, and work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent guest experiences.

As a Commis Chef, you will:

• Assist in the preparation of all ingredients and dishes following established recipes and guidelines, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and take part in training sessions to enhance culinary skills.
