Greene King is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team across our well-known hotel brands. You will assist with ingredient and dish preparation, following established recipes while upholding high standards of quality and consistency.

You will work with a team to maintain food safety, cleanliness, and efficient workflows, and participate in ongoing training to develop culinary skills and career progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Awareness of manual handling techniques and experience working with kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to learn and develop, participating in regular training sessions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Description

As a Commis Chef, you will:
