Job summary

Marston's PLC in Thatcham is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.

You'll learn new prepping skills, bring a meal to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen while supporting a busy team in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers 35 hours per week, a reliable hours contract and benefits such as staff discounts and progression opportunities through our internal career pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time
