SF Partners seeks a commercially minded Management Accountant to join the growing finance team and deliver high-quality financial reporting, analysis and insight to support business decision-making.

You will own key areas of the management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while providing meaningful analysis of performance. Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified-by-experience candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified with strong accounting background.
• Experience in monthly management accounts and month-end processes.
• Good Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets.
• Attention to detail and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Take ownership of month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, journals and reconciliations.
• Produce monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Provide clear commentary on key drivers and variances.
• Support budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial understanding.
