Job summary

Tribal Tech Limited, based near Manchester, seeks a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to take ownership of month-end processes and partner with senior stakeholders for insightful financial decision making.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, support budgeting, and assist with financial models while developing your professional accounting qualification with ACCA, CIMA, or ACA. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Part-Qualified and working towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA or Finalist level
• Proven month end reporting experience within a previous management accounting role
• Sound Excel and ERP system skills
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting financial data to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, journals, accruals and prepayments
• Owning balance sheet reconciliations for designated companies
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process
• Producing management reporting, variance analysis and commentary
• Assisting in the preparation of financial models
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insight
• Help with preparing audit documentation and liaising with auditors
• Assisting with ad hoc commercial analysis to support decision making
