Lithia UK is recruiting for a Business Manager at Evans Halshaw Hyundai in Derby. The role focuses on driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while delivering outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.

• Work under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget.
• Understand shortfalls and address those with your team and Sales Manager.
• Provide regular feedback to your team, coaching and developing them.
