The Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers with their commercial vehicle parts enquiries, process orders, and contribute to the growth of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with commercial vehicle parts enquiries, providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Utilize experience as a Parts Advisor or Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Make outbound calls to provide customers with order updates and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Develop and grow customer accounts through excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Keep company computer systems updated with customer information and order details.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within the commercial vehicle sector.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and accessories.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to make outbound calls to provide updates and resolve customer queries.
  • Experience in developing and growing customer accounts.
  • Proficient in using computer systems to process orders and update customer information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
