About the role

At a glance

Salary range - £31,500 to £42,700 per annum, depending on skills and experience. From 1st April 2025, this will increase to £31,500 to £44,200. An additional shift premium of 25% (£7,875) applies. Overtime is available but not guaranteed.

Contract type - Permanent

Work Pattern - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 14:00-22:00

Location - Bracknell, Central Transport

About the role

• Efficiently undertake refinishing and prepping of Partnership vehicles
• Prepare panels to a high standard
• Apply paint and spray vehicles including vans, HGVs, trailers
• Maintain safety standards according to regulations
• Ensure high-quality repairs cost-effectively
• Receive guidance from team leaders
• Manage your time effectively and work efficiently
• Collaborate with team members
