A reputable property consultancy in the West Midlands is seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to deliver RICS-compliant valuations. The ideal candidate will have an MRICS or FRICS qualification, at least 3 years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record in commercial property valuation. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property valuation.
• Proven track record in industrial, retail and office property valuations.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RICS-compliant Red Book valuations for various purposes.
• Conduct property inspections and carry out market research.
• Prepare clear and structured valuation reports.
