Centrick, a nationwide residential property expert, is seeking a Valuation professional to cover residential and commercial sectors across the Midlands with occasional travel.

MRICS-qualified surveyor is required; you will measure sites, compile valuation reports, and collaborate with Valuation Directors to nurture client relationships while reviewing leases to assess value impact. The role offers a competitive package with car allowance and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MRICS-qualified surveyor with Midlands market knowledge.
• Numerate with strong report writing and organisational skills.
• Proficient IT user with valid driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuations across residential and commercial sectors in the Midlands, with some travel.
• Attend site inspections and accurately measure sites and buildings.
• Compile property information, create valuation reports and support Valuation Directors in client relationships.
• Review occupational leases and evaluate their impact on property value.
