Are you a RICS Registered Valuation Surveyor looking to take your career to the next level with a globally recognised firm? We are working with a leading real estate consultancy, known for its innovative approach and expansive global presence, to recruit a dynamic and commercially minded Valuation Surveyor to join their high-performing valuation team in Leeds or Manchester.

The Role: As a key part of the valuation team, you’ll work with an impressive client portfolio across sectors including banking, investment, development, and corporate occupiers. From loan security and asset valuations to portfolio reviews and development appraisals, you’ll be involved in a variety of complex and high-profile instructions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Providing Red Book valuations for a wide range of commercial properties
2. Supporting major financial institutions, developers, and corporate clients
3. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
4. Conducting market research, inspections, and report preparation
5. Contributing to business development and maintaining client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

1. MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
2. Experience in commercial property valuations
3. Strong report-writing, analytical, and communication skills
