Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is recruiting an experienced Commercial Vehicle Tyre Fitter in the South Shields area to join the UK's largest automotive service network. The role covers tyres for car, van, truck and more, with a focus on roadside and depot work and providing an excellent customer service experience.

Salary is £40,000 - £60,000 OTE with uncapped bonus, overtime and call-out rates.

Qualifications

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside.
• Full, current driving licence required.
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.
• Willing to work with heavy machinery outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover roadside & in depot.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.

Skills & Experience:
