Job summary

Halfords is seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Tyre Fitter to join our nationwide fleet service. You will fit and repair tyres for cars, vans, trucks and agricultural vehicles both roadside and in depot.

Expect to deliver excellent customer service and complete all paperwork accurately in an outdoor environment with heavy machinery and equipment. We offer a generous uncapped bonus scheme plus overtime and call-out rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.
• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside is required.
• Full, current driving licence and RTRT/LCTT licences or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres for car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover – roadside and depot.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.

Skills & Experience:

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside
• Possess a full, current driving licence
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent

• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.
