Job summary

First Response Group (FRG) is seeking a commercially minded Training Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and development of the FRG Training Academy in the UK. The role focuses on operational delivery, compliance, and securing profitable courses both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will drive growth of the academy as a revenue-generating function while maintaining high standards of training delivery, records, and client satisfaction across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Commercially aware and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in training operations, scheduling or learning administration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating accredited or compliance-based training programmes.
• Knowledge of security/facilities management environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the FRG Training Academy.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training courses.
• Manage course bookings, delegates and training logistics.
• Ensure materials, learner packs and assessments are compliant.
• Liaise with trainers and awarding bodies to coordinate delivery.
• Support the academy's growth as a revenue stream and expand opportunities.
