Job summary

SRG is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead training and capability development across a busy manufacturing site in Hampshire. The role focuses on developing the training strategy, leading trainers and coordinators, and ensuring high standards of competency and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated manufacturing sectors and a strong track record in driving learning programmes and site-wide capability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the site training strategy
• Lead and develop trainers and training coordinators
• Manage competency frameworks, training matrices and the LMS
• Ensure training compliance across GMP, Quality and Health & Safety
• Identify skills gaps and deliver effective learning programmes
• Drive continuous improvement across training and capability
