This leading London law firm is seeking a Senior Associate within their Commercial & Tech team. They are looking for a 4-6 year PQE Solicitor who can effectively bridge the gap between the Solicitors in the team and the Partners. There is a fast track to Partnership available for the right candidate.

You will work on a broad range of matters, including general commercial contracts, technology contracts, and distribution arrangements.

The ideal candidate should have commercial drafting experience and proficiency in Tech and Digital matters. An understanding of brand protection and commercial rights strategies would be advantageous.
