Job summary

Howes Percival is seeking a Commercial, Technology, Intellectual Property and/or Data Protection Solicitor with about 3–5 years PQE to join its growing team. You will handle commercial contracts, technology matters, IP and data protection for a diverse client base, from startups to international organisations.

The role offers hybrid working across multiple offices with a collaborative, ambitious culture and clear progression opportunities within a leading national practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 3 to 5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial contracts, technology, IP and/or data protection matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client relationship and communications abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a broad range of commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP and data protection issues.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and technology-related documentation.
• Managing your own matters and supporting senior colleagues on larger transactions.
• Building strong client relationships and providing commercially focused advice.
