Screwfix is seeking a Commercial Support Coordinator on a 6-month fixed term contract. The role focuses on analytics, planning and coordinating promotional activity across Commercial, Pricing and Supply Chain teams to ensure products are promoted effectively in stores and online.
You will work closely with colleagues to maintain reporting accuracy, forecast demand and streamline processes, while supporting the wider Commercial Operations team during peak periods.

As Commercial Support Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping deliver Screwfix's promotional and commercial plans, providing the insight, coordination and support that keep our Commercial Operations team running smoothly.
Working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Pricing, Supply Chain and Front of House, you'll help bring promotional activity to life by maintaining accurate reporting, supporting planning activities and ensuring key processes run efficiently. From analysing data and coordinating projects to improving ways of working, you'll contribute to initiatives that help deliver great value for our customers and support business performance.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract or secondment opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams and making a real impact behind the scenes in a fast-paced retail environment.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be confident using Excel to analyse data and produce accurate reports, while also building strong relationships with colleagues across the business. A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail, you'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, using your initiative and looking for ways to improve processes. Most importantly, you'll enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in helping deliver great outcomes for both our customers and colleagues.
