Job summary

Karo Healthcare in Maidenhead is seeking a Commercial Strategy and Execution Lead to shape the UK&I commercial agenda and drive profitable growth across grocery, pharmacy, e-commerce and more.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Revenue Growth Management to translate strategy into customer win plans, build governance, and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing consumer healthcare business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Consumer Healthcare, FMCG or similar.
• Strong background in national account management with commercial strategy experience.
• Experience across multiple UK retail channels (Grocery, High Street, Pharmacy, E-commerce, Discount).

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed the UK&I commercial strategy across customers, channels and categories.
• Build commercial frameworks, governance and execution standards for profitable growth.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance and Revenue Growth Management to translate strategy into action.
• Create compelling customer propositions and sell-in stories to strengthen retailer partnerships.
• Lead input into annual planning, launches and long-term business planning.
• Define pricing, promotions and trade investment principles to maximise ROI and margin.
• Support customer growth strategies with strong execution across channels.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and recommend actions to improve sales and profitability.
• Build relationships with key retail partners and drive cross-functional change across UK&I.
