Job Description:

Our FTSE 250 client is looking for a commercial lawyer to join their dynamic in-house team. This is a varied and busy role which involves supporting the business on a wide variety of Group-related legal matters.

Based in London, this company has a hybrid working policy, preferring employees to be in the office 3 days per week.

The successful candidate will:

• Have strength in drafting and negotiating high-value procurement contracts
• Provide legal advice to the Group in areas such as corporate governance, M&A, data privacy, and pre-litigation support
• Have trained in a high-quality law firm and have some in-house experience
• Have a commercial/business outlook to their work
• Be between 4-8 years PQE, although strong newly qualified solicitors will also be considered

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded in-house legal team.

Our client considers candidates with 4-8 years PQE and relevant skills/knowledge, but is open to applications from candidates outside this range if they have the relevant experience.
