Commercial Senior Associate – Healthcare

Locations:Leeds | Newcastle

Level:2+ PQE |Salary: Up to £75,000 | Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days WFH

Join a nationally recognised healthcare commercial law team advising major clients including NHS Trusts, ICBs, NHS England, and the CQC on a range of procurement, commercial, technology, and regulatory matters.

The role:

• Drafting & negotiating commercial contracts and procurement agreements
• Advising on healthtech, life sciences, and public sector projects
• Working on high-value NHS and social care sector mandates
• Contributing to regulatory and governance matters in a fast-evolving space

More about you:

2+ PQE in commercial contracts or public sector law
Experience advising healthcare clients is a bonus
