Chadwick Nott in partnership with a Midlands regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor or Associate (NQ-3 PQE) to join its expanding Midlands team.

You will handle a broad range of commercial matters, develop strong client relationships and build a specialist practice in a supportive and ambitious environment. The role offers high-quality work, early client exposure and progression within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified solicitor through to 3 years' PQE in commercial law.
• Experience in private practice or during training seats.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and provide pragmatic advice.

I'm currently working with a well-regarded and growing regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor or Associate (NQ-3 PQE) into its expanding Midlands team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior commercial lawyer seeking high-quality work, early client exposure and the chance to develop a specialism within a supportive and ambitious commercial practice. The team advises a diverse client base ranging from established businesses and manufacturers to fast-growing entrepreneurial companies, offering a varied and interesting workload.

The Opportunity

Joining an experienced commercial team, you will advise businesses on a broad range of commercial law matters while developing strong client relationships and building your technical expertise.

• Advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts and business-critical agreements.
• Supporting businesses with day-to-day commercial legal matters and strategic projects.
• Working with clients across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, retail and other growth industries.
• Building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple practice areas to provide practical, commercially focused advice.
• Developing expertise in specialist areas of commercial law, which may include data protection, consumer law, competition law, technology, AI or other emerging sectors.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the commercial practice.
