Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Commercial Solicitor/Associate (NQ-3 PQE) to join its Midlands team. You will advise businesses on a broad range of commercial matters and develop your specialist expertise in the field while building strong client relationships.

As part of a supportive and ambitious practice, you will work across manufacturing, retail and growth sectors, collaborating with colleagues to deliver practical, commercially focused advice and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

Qualifications

• NQ to 3 PQE in commercial law or with a commercial seat during training.
• Experience in private practice handling commercial contracts.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Enjoy building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial contracts and business-critical agreements.
• Support businesses with day-to-day commercial matters and strategic projects.
• Work with clients across sectors including manufacturing and retail.
• Develop expertise in areas such as data protection, consumer/competition law, technology or emerging sectors.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the commercial practice.
