Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for an established law firm with a strong client base and ambitious expansion plans in the North East of the United Kingdom.

You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through completion, advise on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development site transactions, with opportunities for progression and direct access to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with solid Commercial Property/Real Estate experience.
• Capable of independently managing own caseload.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware with excellent communication.
• Client-focused, proactive and relationship-driven.
• Experience with developers, investors, lenders or commercial asset transactions (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Commercial Property / Commercial Real Estate
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Client-focused, proactive and relationship-driven
• Experience dealing with developers, investors, lenders or commercial asset transactions (desirable)
