Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is representing a leading law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding property team in the North East region.

You will manage a varied commercial property caseload, advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects, and build lasting client relationships with developers, investors and lenders.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Commercial Property / Commercial Real Estate.
• Confident managing your own caseload independently.
• Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills.
• Client-focused, proactive and relationship-driven.
• Experience dealing with developers, investors, lenders or commercial asset transactions (desirable).
