Job description

Job title: Commercial Solicitor

Location: Guildford

Salary: £70-80k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 2-4 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

This position would see you join a highly respected Legal 500 and Chambers ranked regional law firm, within their Tier 1 corporate & commercial team. You can expect to advise on behalf of a multitude of clients both in the UK and internationally and tackle some of the finest commercial work in the Southeast.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a range of work including commercial contracts and trading agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, franchising, IP, data protection and more.
• Engaging in business development and client seminars etc.
• Collaborating extensively with senior team members on high-calibre and complex work.
• Utilising exceptional client care and commercial skills.
