Commercial Solicitor (Life Sciences) 2+ PQE

Tier 1 Commercial Team in a Top Commercial Firm

Bristol

Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a Tier 1 ranked team in Bristol. This commercial solicitor will ideally have experience in and knowledge of life sciences and IP.

This team advise on a range of interesting commercial matters to include intellectual property, information technology and telecoms for a range of clients spanning life sciences, pharma & health, hospitality, media, energy, finance and IT.

This commercial solicitor will work on some truly cutting edge projects to include advising clients at every stage of the product life cycle, from intellectual property issues, collaboration arrangements, commercialisation and supply chain and life cycle management. You will be advising clients on a range of commercial, data protection, IP and IT matters, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts relating to collaboration, licensing, supply and distribution agreements, whilst working efficiently in a team and developing long-lasting professional relationships with clients.

This role would suit a solicitor/legal executive who have atleast 2 years' PQE and commercial experience with a reputable law firm. You will be able to show that you have experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements.

The successful commercial solicitor will enjoy a high quality of city level work with a truly respected team spanning Bristol and London.
