About the role

The role involves managing a caseload of contentious matters, with a focus on establishing a dedicated Commercial Litigation practice. Collaboration with other teams, especially Corporate & Commercial and Insolvency, is essential. You may supervise and support a junior associate specializing in Inheritance Disputes.

About you

You should be an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer with several years of UK post-qualified experience, capable of managing varied litigation caseloads independently.
