Job summary

Good Energy is seeking a Commercial Solar PV Electrician to join our engineering team in the Reading area. You'll lead electrical installations, inspections and testing on commercial solar projects, with training provided if needed.

The role requires travel and overnight stays up to 80% of the time, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. We value a methodical, customer-focused approach and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• C&G Level 3 electrician qualification essential or equivalent.
• Trained or updated to the 18th Edition regulations.
• Experience in commercial electrical work is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Primarily install, inspect and test Solar PV electrical works on commercial sites.
• Work with a dedicated team and maintain high quality, safe installations.
• Travel and overnight stays up to 80% of the time; base at Reading area with office/warehouse network.
