Job summary

OCS Group Limited is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to build strong relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders, translate financial data into actionable insights, and drive cost efficiency and margin improvement across multi-site operations.

You will deliver timely reporting, monitor KPIs, support month-end and year-end processes, and uphold governance and financial controls, with a focus on leadership, collaboration and strategic contribution within a large facilities

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and post-qualification experience.
• Senior finance business partnering experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience in multi-site or service-based business is desirable.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience, ideally within Facilities Management industry.


• Proven experience in a senior finance business partnering role.


• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.


• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.


• Advanced Excel and financial
  modelling capabilities.


• Experience in a multi-site or service-based business is desirable.
