Job summary

Howden in Cheltenham is seeking an Account Handler within our Commercial Schemes division to support our team in delivering outstanding service to landlords and clients. You will prioritise tasks, manage queries by phone or email, and produce clear, professional documentation while coordinating with insurers.

The role requires at least 12 months of customer service and administrative experience, plus 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, and excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of customer service/administrative experience.
• Maths and English GCSEs at A–C (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and handle all work promptly and accurately.
• Handle queries by phone or email professionally.
• Produce accurate documentation at all times.
• Process adjustments with insurers and collect premiums.
• Refer queries outside experience to senior staff.
