The ideal candidate will be organized, commercially minded with strong written skills, and comfortable using Microsoft Office alongside Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems and AI

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related subject is desirable.
• Experience in sales or marketing support roles is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying new business opportunities through procurement and tender portals.
• Supporting the preparation of bids, tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
• Building and maintaining a bid library and keeping documentation compliant.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns and email communications to clients.
• Managing social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Producing marketing content and supporting brand awareness initiatives.
• Maintaining CRM records and assisting with business development.
• Researching markets, competitors and potential customers.
• Supporting exhibitions, networking events and wider commercial projects.
• Working with AI tools to improve efficiencies.
