The Role
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities through procurement and tender portals.
- Supporting the preparation of bids, tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive bid library and ensuring company documentation remains compliant and up to date.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and email communications to both existing and prospective clients.
- Managing social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Producing marketing content, updating company literature and supporting brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintaining CRM records and assisting with business development activity.
- Researching markets, competitors and potential customers.
- Supporting exhibitions, networking events and wider commercial projects.
- Working with AI tools and helping introduce new efficiencies across the business.
About You
- This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone working in a Sales Administrator, Marketing Administrator, Marketing Assistant, Business Support Administrator, Business Development Coordinator, Sales Support Administrator, Sales Assistant or similar role.
- Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related subject is desirable.
- An excellent communicator with strong written skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Commercially curious and keen to learn.
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Any experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, social media management, email marketing platforms or AI tools would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
