Carlsberg Britvic in Hemel Hempstead runs a 3-year Commercial Sales Graduate Programme. It starts with a major customer account in Year 1, then moves to account management or category roles in Years 2 and 3.

You will grow brands, build partnerships, and deliver results across on-trade and off-trade with UK retailers, pubs and venues. Starts 26 July 2027; there is potential for a permanent commercial role at the end.

Qualifications

• Graduates from any discipline (degree within last 3 years).
• Commercial awareness and curiosity with an interest in customers, brands.
• Effective verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Motivation and achievement in academic or non-academic activities.
• Demonstrated leadership and structured work methodology.
• Results-driven, eager to learn and team oriented.
• Comfortable working with numbers and turning data into insights.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interpersonal skills and confidence in building relationships.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work with some of the UK's biggest retail and hospitality customers.
• Turn sales and customer data into insights that drive commercial decisions.
• Support customer plans, promotions and projects that deliver real business impact.
• Build relationships with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Present ideas and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.
• Develop your commercial and negotiation skills through practical experience.
• Handle projects and contribute to shaping future growth.
