Britvic’s three-year rotational graduate programme invites graduates to work with major UK retail and hospitality customers, turning sales and customer data into actionable insights while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams.
Starting 26th July 2027, the scheme offers two commercial placements and a clear path into permanent roles such as Account Management or Revenue Growth Management, backed by extensive benefits and a supportive development journey.
35 Hours per week - Monday - Friday
Within this three-year rotational graduate programme, you'll complete two commercial placements designed to give you real experience, real responsibility and a solid foundation for your future career. Starting in Year 1 on a major customer account, you'll then spend Years 2 and 3 in an account management or customer category role.
You'll learn how we grow iconic brands, build effective customer partnerships and deliver business results across both the on-trade and off-trade, working with some of the UK's biggest retailers, pubs, restaurants, stadiums and leisure venues. Along the way, you'll gain exposure to cross-functional teams, learn from experienced leaders and develop the skills, confidence and commercial mindset to step into a permanent commercial role at the end of the programme.
We will be looking for new joiners to start on 26th July 2027. If you have any annual leave booked during that time, please make your recruiter aware.
Year 1: Learn the Fundamentals
Year 2: Increase Your Ownership
Year 3: Lead and Deliver
By the end of the programme, you'll have the skills, experience and network to move into a commercial role and accelerate your career at Carlsberg Britvic. Whether that's Account Management, Category, Revenue Growth Management or another commercial pathway, you'll be ready to make an impact from day one.
Applications close on 11th December 2026.
Shortlisted candidates will complete psychometric testing and be invited to our assessment centre on 9th February 2027. The process includes interviews, group tasks, and presentations.
